The Inclusive theme went live in the WordPress theme directory back in June 2020, some 6 weeks before block pattern support was available with the August 2020 release of version WordPress 5.5.
Initially designed to be used with the Gutenberg plugin, the Inclusive theme by Carolina Nymark came bundled with six block patterns at time of launch, and was the very first theme with block patterns to be approved for the official theme directory.

An interesting block pattern, the Left sidebar (also available as a Right sidebar pattern) recreates a page or post layout with a sidebar containing the default Search, Latest Posts, and Latest Comments blocks. As the Inclusive theme has no traditional sidebar, this pattern is useful for those users who may want to display a sidebar on specific posts or pages. The included blocks can be removed from the sidebar, or added to with other blocks if needed.
